As an executive-level leader in the private, non-profit and public sectors Bobby has provided leadership in the areas of Innovation, Cybersecurity, Data, Technology, and Education to Fortune 100 companies; large non-profits; local governments; state and national agencies; the national intelligence community; and schools and universities. As Chief Technology Innovations Officer at the Virginia Department of Education Bobby was nationally recognized as a Top 25 innovative technology leader by EdScoop.com for his technology and cybersecurity initiatives. He has also served as a Governor’s appointee to the Virginia IT Advisory Council (ITAC), overseen technology infrastructure services for over seventy state agencies, is a member of the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Cyber Center Advisory Board, and co-Chairs the national Generate Data Governance Group. Bobby has also founded multiple inter-agency state advisory committees/councils and serves on other prominent national advisory councils/boards. As a consultant he has advised organizations as diverse as Google, Metropolitan Museum of Art and Harrah’s Casino. Bobby is a veteran of the United States Army where he was a Non-Commissioned Officer, Certified Jungle Operations Expert and recipient of the Humanitarian Services Medal.

Most recently he served as Chief Innovation Officer at an innovation management software company where he led internal and external innovation solutions for clients like Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Campbell Soup Company, The J.M. Smucker Company, WD-40, Booz Allen Hamilton, Helen of Troy, Vista Outdoor and International Flavors & Fragrances. Before that he served as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase, where has helped to define and deliver developed digital solutions that delivered industry leading business outcomes and customer experiences.

Leslie worked at The Winvale Group, a leading consulting firm for government contractors. Starting as an Account Manager and advancing to Lead Account Manager, Leslie supported key clients with proposal development, federal sales strategy, and business development. As Sales Manager, she led outreach efforts through cold calling, email marketing, and online sales presentations, contributing to client acquisition and contract wins.

With a background in software development, cybersecurity, and program management, Zach has led remote teams in building scalable platforms and award-winning workforce initiatives. A U.S. Navy veteran with experience as a helicopter crew chief and rescue swimmer, he brings a strong commitment to accountability, ownership, and team leadership to his work.

Lynn is a recognized leader in technology and operations management, and business development. She has served in leadership positions at the Center for Innovative Technology, the Virginia governor’s office, Advantus Strategies LLC, WorldView Solutions Inc. and Virginia Interactive LLC. Throughout Lynn’s career she has successfully managed corporate strategic relationships and spearheaded the implementation of business solutions that support seamless integration of government and private sector partners, and expanded business opportunities. Lynn serves as a member and leader on multiple boards as well as holding a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of West Alabama and an MBA with a Computer Science concentration from Auburn University.

His experience includes orchestrating the integration of company acquisitions, resolving complex implementation of technological issues, and developing corporate strategy. Christopher Bourne

Christopher served as an infantry officer during a 28-year active-duty career. As a battalion commander in 2001, he led security and combat operations in Pakistan and Afghanistan in response to the attacks of September 11. During a 13-month tour in Iraq in 2008-2009, he led Police Advisor Teams across the province and served as Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Provincial Chief of Police. In his final active-duty assignment, he served as Assistant Chief of Staff for Training and Experimentation for I Marine Expeditionary Force at Camp Pendleton, CA. He subsequently served as National Director of Policy on the presidential campaign of Dr. Ben Carson. He joined the Department of Housing and Urban Development in June 2017 and served as the Department’s first Deputy Assistant Secretary for Innovation. He left HUD in January 2021 and is currently providing consulting services to a number of innovative companies.
