Leslie’s expertise spans the state, local, and education (SLED) sectors, where she has consistently helped organizations grow through strategic, research-driven business development, client engagement, and market expansion.

Prior to joining CTEWorkforce, Leslie was a key member of a leading consulting firm for government contractors. Beginning as an Account Manager and advancing to Lead Account Manager, she supported clients with proposal development, federal sales strategy, and business development initiatives. As Sales Manager, Leslie led outreach efforts, including cold calling, email marketing, and online presentations, directly contributing to client acquisition and contract wins.

Leslie’s consultative approach, combined with her expertise in targeted outreach and relationship-building, makes her a valuable addition to our mission of connecting talent with opportunity in the workforce development sector.
