Qualifications & Competency Management
The WIaaS platform can measure and track employee qualifications, competencies and certifications as they relate to their current or future role in the organization. Human resource professionals understand that in the rapidly evolving workplace, it is critical that individuals possess the appropriate qualifications and associated competencies for their role. Delivering learning content and tracking completion is not enough. Highly engaging approaches supported by pre- and post-learning baselines must be established along with easy to manage competency validations to ensure that the correct KSA’s (knowledge, skills and abilities) are being delivered, absorbed, retained and managed.

Administrators can create frameworks and role-level qualification plan templates that can be assigned to employees. User level skills profiles and These plans and frameworks can be stored in a skills inventory and user progress will be tracked and available in a set of standard or custom report templates.
