In addition to Registered Apprenticeship Programs, we are proud to partner with the Virginia Department of Aging & Rehabilitative Services (DARS) Pathways Program to offer the Creating Apprenticeship Pathways (CAP) Program. Our Your Career Counselor™ flexible online learning platform plays an integral role in both of these programs and can also be deployed as a stand-alone learning tool for your organization.
