Teams Now Forming for Student Cyber Challenge

CivilianCyber is currently seeking six teams of college/university students to compete against each other in our upcoming Student Cyber Challenge. Teams of 2-3 students each will be challenged to develop a solution to a real-world cybersecurity challenge posed to them.

The challenge is two weeks in duration and is being offered in partnership with the Southwest Node of the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative. Each team will work collaboratively to develop its own unique solution to challenge. Once developed the teams will upload their solutions to the secure CIvilianCyber Workforce Innovation Network (WIN) online platform, where it will be reviewed by a panel of industry professionals. Each team will then have the opportunity to present their solution to the panel. The top three teams (as deemed by the panel) will receive cash awards.

The first challenge is set to begin May 1st. For more information visit https://cteworkforce.com/student-cyber-challenge.
